• Device information includes but is not limited to: SDK version, carrier information, IP address, system platform, system version, application package name and version, application lead time and rear time, independent device identification, iOS advertising identifier (IDFA), Android ID, network card (MAC) Address, International Mobile Equipment Identity (IMEI), International Mobile Subscriber Identity (IMSI), equipment manufacturer, equipment model, equipment language, geographic location information, WIFI status information, CPU information, memory information, equipment information, event information, battery usage, external storage and etc.

We may receive information about you third-party social networking services when you choose to connect with those services.

4. WHAT DO WE DO TO KEEP YOUR INFORMATION SECURE

We have put in place reasonable physical and technical measures to safeguard the information we collect in connection with the Services. However, please note that although we take reasonable steps to protect your information, no Internet transmission, computer system or wireless connection is completely secure.

AGREE INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS

Your personal information may be transferred to, and processed in, countries other than the country of which you are a resident. These countries may have data protection laws that are different from the laws of your country.

Specifically, our Game servers are currently located in China, and our business group members, third-party service providers and partners may operate around the world in the future. This means that when we collect your personal information we may process it in any of these countries. However, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place so that your personal information will remain protected in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

THIRD-PARTY SDK

We would share your information with third-party company vai API or SDK, we would make carefully security check and make essential data protect policy. You could review the list in the appendix.

5. THE PERMISSIONS WE WILL APPLY

We need to apply for some system permissions related to personal privacy to ensure that certain functions within the application can be used normally. We will apply for authorization from you when you use these features, and only after obtaining your authorization will we access your personal information. If you do not need to use these functions, you can refuse authorization; If you have never used these features, we will not apply for permission from you or access your personal information

The permissions we will apply for and the corresponding functions include:

• Internet connection: used to exchange versions, operation records, and advertising information with the server

• Connect nearby devices (Android): Used to search for and connect nearby Bluetooth devices

• Use Bluetooth (HarmonyOS/iOS): for searching and connecting nearby Bluetooth devices

• Turn on the Bluetooth switch: used to enable the Bluetooth function of the system

6. ADVERTISING

We may place advertisements of our products in our Services based on the promotion of our products. Views and clicks from the ads are measured for data collection and statistics. There are currently no ads placed on third party properties or third party ads placed on our properties.

Under our terms of service, "performance of contract" as a legal basis for processing your information refers to when we make the Game and Services available to you, provide customer support, and inform you of service-related changes and Game progress.

(b) We process your personal data on the basis of our legitimate interests. For example, providing you with the GiiKER apps for which you have registered and any other products and services you have requested.

(c) We have a "legal obligation" to process your personal data when complying with a legal obligation, such as the preventing a crime or fraud or safety issue.

Likewise, you can query, correct and delete your account information, change the scope of your authorization, and even cancel your account.

We respect the rights of users to protect their data. When you need to cancel your account, you can visit "My Account" and find the relevant text instructions button for "Cancel Account". After confirmation in the prompt box, you can completely delete your data. We promise to complete your data processing within 7 days.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time in response to changing legal, technical or business developments.
